Make sure that you are letting callers and future self storage customers know that your self storage facility is a one stop moving and packing supply center. Adding on a few items to every one of your rentals than you will be up selling that rental. And besides making more money for your self storage company, you are providing those self storage customers with a quick and efficient way to purchase their moving and packing supplies from one place. If you are a self storage owner then you could offer a contest to your managers. See who can sell the most moving and packing supplies in a week or a month and then reward the winning employee. You will see your sales numbers rise and they will not all be from rentals.
