Now that winter has set in around the country, how will it impact your business?

Here at PhoneSmart winter is a time to regroup and revamp in order to get ready for the next busy season. We work on new initiatives, review training and work on scheduling issues. All these activities put us in a better spot for the next rush. Once April rolls around, we need to be ready.

What do you do through the winter, besides trying to rent a few units?
