Widening Your Market

Marketing is an important aspect of any business. One thing that I have noticed about the advertisement practices at Phone Smart is that multiple avenues are utilized in order to reach the maximum number of potential clients. A particular channel that is used to encourage a sales increase is the internet. On Tron’s business card, five different websites are listed. This increases the chances of a client finding out about PhoneSmart and StorageMart when he or she is using a search engine.

Also, self storage blogs that are posted on a few of those websites are used to inform clients about what actually goes on in the call center. The internet is a great business tool because it is so easy to build a website and keep it updated. Information about almost anything can be found and shared almost effortlessly (at least compared to other means of information sharing). I think that the fact that PhoneSmart has made it a point to be a forerunner of using the internet as a sales tool is a great business practice. On that note, I am incredibly glad that blogs are used as an information source because they provide a great way to have a voice at PhoneSmart and give our readers a fresh perspective on our call center life.
