Why do we often say, “How may I help you?” when we answer the phone at our self storage properties? Maybe we should say something else?

I asked our team at PhoneSmart to come up with some different ways of greeting callers. Here are some of the things we came up with. Tell me if you like any of them.

“Would you like to take advantage of our ______ special today?”
