We had someone ask the other day why it sometimes takes a day or so to update the specials we offer for your callers.
Here is the story on specials…
We only have certain people entering specials so they will be understandable to our reps, because everyone’s specials are a little different. SO if you give us a special to enter and it doesn’t get entered until the next day, you have a great excuse to follow up on any leads that didn’t get offered the current special.
We pride ourselves on the top notch quality of our sales reps, so we try to make sure the info they have to work with is as clear and usable as possible. In this case it is better for you and your callers if we enter the special after it has been reviewed and has been worded so we can all make the best use of it.
