We can also rent a unit by phone as well. So we are not only getting a commitment form a possible tenant over the phone we can seal the deal!I think this is really cool! No more voice messages and leads. We can just go ahead and rent the unit to the customer! This will eliminate a lot of scenarios. We have their exact amount needed to move in right on our computer screen. No more having the manager to call them back with an exact amount to move in.
