Did you know that the PhoneSmart call center family has their own actress?  Well we do!  That is absolutely, positively right, there is a well-known, famous lady that works here at the Phonesmart call center.  There is no question why we have not seen Liz Taylor in any recent movies, it’s because she works here at the PhoneSmart call center.

Also known by her birth name, Elizabeth Langsteiner is referred to and known by ‘Liz Taylor’. She is a proud mother of 3 adult boys and grandmother of one and one on the way!  Her consistent bragging on her children is who she is and being the optimistic one of the family is why she excels well at her job.  She is the relative that, no matter what anyone does in their lives, is there even if your life went the way it was not planned or expected to go.  Liz always has a positive word or some inspiration to turn a frown into a smile or help a hung-head raise up.  I remember one time I took a call from a customer and it was not one of the better calls that I have taken and I was down about it; that did not bother ‘Momma Liz’ she just came right over and said to me, ”Now Angela, all the calls are not going to be like that.”  And for some reason I believed that and as of today I often think that to myself to help me get through the day.  I just want Liz to know that she is certainly a star like Liz Taylor and that is why her personality shines through her work.  I see her as the glue that keeps this family together.

So if Steven Spielberg says that he needs a leading lady for his next movie, please inform him that Liz Taylor is occupied with her current job at the PhoneSmart call center!
