The rooms that are located in the top floors might cost more than the rooms that are located in the lower floors. This is because the rooms that are in the top floor are better protected against environmental calamities, such as, floods. However, in an earthquake prone area the rooms that are located in the top carry higher charges than those in the bottom floors because there is a higher risk of a mishap in the top higher floors. The rates also depend upon the location of the storehouses. The ones that are located at a place that can be conveniently reached are labeled higher than others.
