I believe it is absolutely hilarious when the holiday season comes around and everybody is talking about all the specials different stores are running. People call all their friends and family and tell them what they are planning on getting and which line they are planning on standing in at two in the morning in order to purchase it. Is it that serious? For most they will say that is not that serious. But the decision needs to be made. Which place do I stand in line and decide to give my money to? What happens is that shoppers start thinking about the trends of each business and any time a company has not treated well.Sometimes when we are on the phone with a customer or are talking to them in person we don’t realize that how we treat them will have a tremendous bearing on future sales and business. Sales techniques are important but your tone and your service are going to help you stand out (for better or worse) from any of the competitors that are out there to take your business.
