Changes And More Changes

The season is changing from summer to fall and the children are back in school and those are not the only changes in that are occurring in the world.  At PhoneSmart, we also have plenty of changes in our call center.

The most recent change that the call center has encountered is the promotions within the call center.  I am happy to see my fellow co-workers advancing and ready to begin their new job responsibilities!  First, Carmen who was a self storage call center phone representative has been promoted to the weekend AM supervisor.  The next one that is due congratulations is Dana.  Dana was the call center supervisor and now she has been promoted to an Assistant Call Center director.  Lucia is now the Spanish supervisor and Sarah has been promoted to the director of secret shopping and client training

Phonesmart has also increased their self storage staff by three thus far!! The call center is still looking for recruits for the self storage call center to work both nights and weekends. In addition to having a great personality and sales techniques we are in search of those who are fluent in both English and Spanish.  If anyone is interested or know someone who may be should call toll free 1-866-245-4037 and apply.

Other changes in the call center include both Lucia and Carmen are proud parents of new healthy children.  DJ, in out administrative operations department is a proud grandmother of a baby boy.  Kay, a call center representative is an ecstatic grandmother of healthy triplets!!  Last but not least Robin, one of our call center assistant directors’ dog, Innocent is also a proud parent of NINE new pups.

Way to go on all of the promotions and births throughout the call center!!!
