This type of facility is the cheapest of all as your car will be kept in an open space much like a parking lot which has clear markings for each car and you will be allotted a specific marked area where you can keep your car. If you have an extra car or if you wish to utilize your parking space in the house for something else, you can use this facility at an affordable cost. However, the disadvantage of such parking is that the car will be exposed to weather conditions all the time, whether it is raining, sunny, windy, or snowing. The only precaution that you can take is to buy a car cover.

Covered Parking Without Climate Control 

In a Brooklyn self storage unit, you can also find a place to keep your car or any other vehicle indoors for as long as you want. These are basically garage style spaces where you can drive in your vehicle and there is a door that can be shut to secure your car. You can lock your unit and rest assured that your car will be protected from adverse weather conditions and theft. However, these units are not climate controlled due to which the unit can get very hot. Such a facility is costlier than the open parking facility.
